Hello!

My name is Reshma Patel, and I am the Instructional Coach here at Sunrise Elementary. I started out my teaching career in New Jersey. I have been a DVUSD family member since 2017. We moved to Arizona when I became a mom!

 

I dipped my feet into this world again by starting to sub in the district. In DVUSD, I have taught second, third, fifth, sixth grade and seventh grades. I have been so privileged to have been able to go to so many amazing academic and leadership training sessions that are offered by DVUSD. I am even more honored that I was provided opportunities by the district and my administrators to implement these skills with my teams. 

 

On the weekends, I love watching movies with family, playing board games, and trying to find new places to explore in Arizona. My favorite shopping places are Walmart and Amazon…lol. 

Now, I am so thrilled and humbled to be a part of this community!! I am really looking forward to building relationships here with Sunrise students, parents, staff, and peers.
